Fitting Guide – One Touch Roller Blinds

  1. Gather your tools (a small square drill bit and a drill) and unpack your blind. Inside you’ll find all the fixtures and fittings (brackets and screws) that you’ll need to install your new blinds.
  2. You will receive your blinds with the brackets attached to the top rail. You will need to take the brackets off to fit them into the jamb but pushing off the tab end and releasing the blind. We will put the brackets on the blind where they need to be screwed into the jamb.
  3. Screw the brackets into the top jamb (or top window frame) 100mm from each of the right and left jambs. Make sure your bracket is situated at the front of the jamb as this is where the front of the blind will sit. Make sure the tab end faces the room.
    1. If your blind is over 1000mm wide you will need another bracket to support the blind in the middle and you will have seen the appropriate configuration when you received the blind (as referred to in point 2)
  4. Fit your blind by placing it into the top rail from the back first into the brackets and clip the front up into the tab. It really is that easy.
  5. If you want to take the blind out push the tab upwards and pull the blind down off the front of the bracket and its out. If it’s tight put a screwdriver between the bracket and the top rail and twist the blind out.

Fitting Guide – Roller Blinds

  1. Gather your tools (a small square drill bit and a drill) and unpack your blind. Inside you’ll find all the fixtures and fittings (brackets and screws) that you’ll need to install your new blinds.
  2. Screw the brackets into the side or the top jamb (the side/top of the window frame whatever fits better). Make sure your bracket is situated at the front of the jamb as this is where the face of the blind will sit. If the blind is an outside fit the brackets will be screwed through the back of the bracket into architrave or the face of the jamb.
  3. Fit the end that the controls are located first by sliding the blind into the bracket. Push the other end into the bracket (or spin the serrated disc), this will recall a button into the disc and allow you to push the blind securely into the bracket hole. It really is that easy!
  4. If you want to take the blinds out, spin the serrated disc at the non-control end of the blind and the blind will pop out.

Fitting Guide – Aluminium Blinds

  1. Gather your tools (a small square drill bit and a drill) and unpack your blind. Inside you’ll find all the fixtures and fittings (brackets and screws) that you’ll need to install your new blinds.
  2. Screw the brackets into the top jamb (or top window frame) 100mm from each of the right and left jambs. Make sure your bracket is situated at the front of the jamb as this is where the face of the blind will sit.
    1. If your blind is over 1300mm wide you will need another bracket to support the blind in the middle. Please do NOT screw the bracket in directly above the red tape drum (situated in the headrail of the blind)
  3. Drill your screws through the brackets, into place.
  4. Fit your blind into the brackets by placing the headrail into the brackets and clip the back up into it. It really is that easy!
  5. If you want to take the blind out push it back towards the window and drop the back down, then lift it off the front of the bracket and its out.

If your blind is an outside fit the brackets will be screwed through the back of the bracket into architrave or the face of the jamb.
    1. If your blind is over 1800mm wide you will need another bracket to support the blind in the middle. This will need to be screwed into the top jamb. Please do NOT screw the bracket in directly above any of the tapes (situated in the headrail of the blind)
  3. Drill your screws through the brackets, into place.
  4. Fit your blind into the brackets by placing the headrail into one of the brackets. Clip open the other bracket at the front and slide/push the other end of the blind into it. Once this has been done clip closed the front of the bracket, securing the blind in place. It really is that easy!
  5. If you want to take the blind out open the front clasps on both brackets and slide/pull the blind out.
